Only one elevator was working and that made wait times excessive. Understaffed or poorly trained, not sure, just not a premium experience!

Trouble with key cards- had to go to the desk twice after going to the room and getting declined. A/C unit in the room was loud and startling especially in the middle of the night

Old hotel, only 1 working elevator that took forever, room safe remained broken after 4 complaints. Had a several business meetings in the restaurant, service took hours, the second meeting the cook was didn't show up to work and we wasted 40 minutes waiting, the chef refused to serve anyone. Horrible service and unmaintained property.

Noise level UNACCEPTABLE The stay was great....EXCEPT the mind numbing boom boom from music that SHOOK THE WINDOWS! It was late before we could sleep. During this time, we had to BLARE the TV so we could hear over the noise. We were on the 4th floor....Cant imagine what the lower floors experienced.

Nice location on Main Street in downtown area . Valet is plus property very old updated but with old style from 90’s I don’t believe this property deserves 4 stars rating. It’s very average basic hotel should should not cost more then 120USD per night

Great Staff, Awful Infrastructure While the service was great, the actual room itself left a tremendous amount to be desired. Upon arrival to our room, the electric lock on the door was malfunctioning and took at least 5 minutes to enter/exit the room each time. We noticed most of the doors looked "broken into" and saw multiple rooms with an engineer working on the locks. Inside of the room, the ironing board was broken and kept falling over, the tub seemed partially clogged and any shower over 2 minutes meant standing in 2 inches of water, and the toilet seemed to continuously clog and/or run all night. It was a very disappointing experience, in which we were always anxious walking back into the room not knowing what was going to break next...
